I’m in South Carolina and the temperatures have finally dropped to the low to mid 70s. It still feels pretty good outside…but there’s a little breeze so let’s just call it fall!
As a January baby, fall is my favorite season! I love the cardigans, boots, scarves and the layering. I can do without the uncomfortable cold of winter, but the fashion?! I loveeeeee.
And now that the weather is finally cooperating (somewhat), I’m taking full advantage of getting a little creative with my fall wardrobe.
Brown Cardigan is Here to Stay

I’m happy to report that I’ve worn this brown cardigan probably close to 10 times since purchasing it. And if you know me, you know that’s saying something! It’s super cozy, super comfortable, and the neutral brown goes with just about everything.

For this look, I paired this brown cardigan with my favorite brown Zara jeans from last year, a white cropped tee, and these fuzzy red slides for a little pop of color. I love how relaxed this outfit feels without looking like I just threw something on. It’s comfortable, a little playful, and exactly the kind of layering I enjoy when the weather starts cooling down.

This is exactly why I love fall fashion. You can take a few simple pieces, play around with layers, and create something that feels effortlessly put together. Nothing too complicated, just a good outfit and a cardigan doing what it needs to do. Now if South Carolina could just keep the weather consistent…I would be a happy camper.
